These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the joya9bd platform and all its related services. If you create an account, log in, or use any service on joya9bd, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms below.

These Terms may change from time to time. If you continue using the platform after any change takes effect, you are considered to have accepted that change as well. It is therefore advisable to review the latest version before each visit.

2.1 Age Verification

All services on joya9bd are for persons aged 21 or over only. At the time of registration you must confirm that you are 21 or older. The platform may at any time request a copy of your national ID card or passport to verify your age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At registration you must provide your full name, mobile number and date of birth accurately. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be closed at the time of verification, and in such cases joya9bd reserves the right to cancel any bonuses and withdrawal requests.

2.4 Password Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your own responsibility. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to joya9bd immediately. joya9bd is not liable for any loss resulting from use of your account by a third party.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on joya9bd is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The sender's name and the account name must match at the time of deposit — transactions made in another person's name are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer.

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

If account verification is not completed before a withdrawal, payment may be delayed. joya9bd reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction and may request additional documentation if needed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The joya9bd welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing from the bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not direct cash — bonus funds become withdrawable only after betting the required amount.
• One account is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
• If you withdraw after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, joya9bd reserves the right to close the account.
• Bonus terms may change at any time — check this page for the latest information.

4.3 VIP Cashback

The joya9bd VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is a set percentage of that week's total net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

5.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical fault on the platform. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical issue, joya9bd reserves the right to cancel that bet.

5.2 Match Cancellation and Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, bets on that event are generally refunded. For partially played matches, the rules for determining results apply separately for each sport. If one leg of a multi-bet is cancelled, that leg is treated at odds of 1.00.

5.3 Incorrect Odds and Technical Errors

joya9bd reserves the right to decline or cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (unusually high value against the market). The same policy applies to bets placed during a technical outage.

5.4 Account Restrictions

joya9bd may set betting limits on any account if it determines that the account is betting in an unusual pattern. This decision is made at the sole discretion of joya9bd and no explanation is required.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots or automated software.
• Using another person's account or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to abuse the system.
• Submitting fraudulent payments or chargebacks on the platform.
• Using technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform as a channel for funds from illegal sources.

joya9bd may temporarily suspend an account at any time for the purpose of investigation. If an irregularity is proven through investigation, joya9bd has the right to forfeit all deposited funds and, where applicable, report the matter to law enforcement agencies.

joya9bd is available in both Android (APK) and iOS versions through official channels. All provisions of these Terms apply equally when using the app. Using an outdated version without updating may create security risks — joya9bd always recommends using the latest version.

In the event of a breach of these Terms, joya9bd may suspend or close an account without prior notice. If no allegation against you is proven through investigation, the account will be reinstated and all actual balance will be returned.

joya9bd is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, internet disruptions or third parties. Every effort is made to keep the information displayed on the platform accurate and complete, however joya9bd's liability for unintentional errors is limited.

Full responsibility for the financial consequences of your betting or gaming decisions rests with you. joya9bd provides its services as an entertainment platform — no guarantee of winning is possible or given.
